DamagesNo matter how well we package orders and the care that the courier takes there will always be the occasional item that is damaged in transit. All goods are insured, but to claim against this any damages upon receipt, shortfalls in your order or other non-warranty problems must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Therefore, please check your goods carefully upon receipt because any damages or shotfalls reported after 7 days cannot be accepted. Once you have reported the damage we will make the necessary arrangements to have the damaged item collected and a free of charge replacement delivered (or where more appropriate the damaged part replaced). Cancelled orders must be returned by your own arrangements. |
